Collaboration

Working together

If you're planning a retreat, gathering, or event and wondering what it might look like to work together — here's how I approach it.

Who this resonates with

I work well with people who...

Facilitators, workshop leaders, festival producers, and organisations bringing people together for something meaningful.

Value collaboration

You're looking for a partner in the work, not just someone to hand tasks to. The best outcomes come when we're both invested.

Want to focus on what they do best

You'd rather be present with participants or leading your program, while someone else holds the logistics and systems.

Appreciate breadth

You like working with someone who can move between planning, people, and digital systems — without needing to coordinate multiple specialists.

Care about how things feel

You want an event that runs well and feels right — where the structure serves the experience, not the other way around.

The process

How it works

01

Conversation

We talk about what you're creating and what kind of support would be useful. Often, the shape of the collaboration becomes clear as we talk.

02

Clarity

We get clear on what we're each taking on, what the timeline looks like, and how we'll stay in touch. Simple agreements that make space for good work.

03

Collaboration

I work alongside you — handling logistics, systems, presence, whatever's needed. We adjust as we go. When the event happens, I'm there.

What I bring to the table

My background spans event organisation, digital systems, marketing, and facilitation — and I've found that the most useful thing I offer is the way those skills work together.

I can help plan the retreat, set up the registration system, build the landing page, coordinate the logistics, and be there on the day — all as part of the same collaboration. Or I can focus on just one piece, if that's what's needed.

The point isn't to do everything. It's that the breadth of experience means I understand how the pieces connect — and I can step into whatever role serves the event best.

In practice

Some of what this looks like

Venue research, outreach, and coordination
Accommodation and catering logistics
Participant communication and onboarding
Schedule planning and flow
On-the-ground facilitation and presence
Event landing pages and web presence
Registration, ticketing, and payments
Email sequences and participant journeys
Day-of coordination and troubleshooting
Post-event follow-up and feedback systems

Every project is different. We'll define exactly what's included based on your specific needs and budget.
