Sound therapy uses live acoustic instruments — singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks — to invite the body and nervous system into a state of deep rest.
In stillness, the sound does its work. These sessions are offered as an invitation to pause, reset, and return to yourself.

We take a few minutes to land, talk briefly about where you are and what you are carrying.
You lie down fully clothed on a mat or table. I work around and sometimes directly on the body with bowls, forks, and other instruments.
Silence, stillness, time to rest in what arose. There is no rush.
A gentle return. Space to share if you would like, or simply to leave in quietness.

60 minutes or 90 minutes. First sessions are often 90 minutes to allow time for intake and integration.
Comfortable, loose clothing. No preparation needed. Come as you are.
New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand. Online sessions available on request.

Sound therapy can support many different experiences. No diagnosis or specific condition is required — just a willingness to rest and receive.

"Sound has a way of reaching places words can't. I offer these sessions as an invitation to pause, to listen, and to return to yourself."
— Mark Dekker
