Sound Therapy

One-on-one sound therapy sessions

Sound therapy uses live acoustic instruments — singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks — to invite the body and nervous system into a state of deep rest.

In stillness, the sound does its work. These sessions are offered as an invitation to pause, reset, and return to yourself.

The Experience

What to expect

1

Arrival & Intention

We take a few minutes to land, talk briefly about where you are and what you are carrying.

2

The Session

You lie down fully clothed on a mat or table. I work around and sometimes directly on the body with bowls, forks, and other instruments.

3

Integration

Silence, stillness, time to rest in what arose. There is no rush.

4

Closing

A gentle return. Space to share if you would like, or simply to leave in quietness.

Who This Is For

You might be carrying something

Sound therapy can support many different experiences. No diagnosis or specific condition is required — just a willingness to rest and receive.

  • People carrying stress, anxiety, or burnout
  • Those navigating change, grief, or emotional heaviness
  • Anyone seeking deep rest that sleep does not always provide
  • People curious about sound as a healing modality — no experience necessary
