I organise retreats and events — the kind where people come together for something that matters.

I bring together logistics, people skills, and practical systems to help events run well. My role is to hold the moving parts so you can focus on your work.

What I bring

The breadth of it

Planning & Logistics

Venues, schedules, transport, accommodation, catering. The practical architecture that makes an event possible. I've developed an instinct for what needs attention and when.

People & Presence

Being there — before, during, and after. Reading the room, noticing what needs attention, staying calm when things shift. The human side of making gatherings work.

Systems & Communication

Landing pages, registration, participant emails. Years of working in digital systems means I can set up the infrastructure an event needs — without outsourcing or overcomplicating.

Approach

How I Work

I've worked across enough different contexts — events, digital projects, facilitation — to know what matters: clear communication, realistic planning, and staying steady when things shift.

I tend to notice the gaps before they become problems. Part logistics brain, part people sense. That combination has served me well.

I prefer working alongside people rather than for them. The best collaborations feel like a shared effort toward something we both care about.

What this looks like:

  • Calm under pressure — the kind that comes from experience
  • An eye for what's missing, before it becomes a problem
  • Ease with both spreadsheets and people
  • Background in digital systems, marketing, and online tools
  • A genuine interest in the work going well

Background

I've worked across events, digital systems, and facilitation — sometimes separately, often together. That blend of experience shapes how I approach things now: practical, people-aware, and comfortable with complexity.
